netiquette

Netiquette is basically rules for behaving properly online. Depending on which "unspoken" rule is broken it will affect different people in different ways. For example if you decide to bully someone it can affect you, your family, the person on the other side of the screen, and their family. In different situations there are different repercussions. Some good examples of netiquette are treating people the way you would if you were actually face to face with them, also respecting privacy. Some bad examples would be sharing post only with the interest of starting a "flame war".

Bahamas Research Project

I think my research project, The Bahamas, went well. My favorite part of the project was reading about tourist spots in The Bahamas. Along with that my least favorite was researching the history; I felt that it was long and boring! I learned a lot of new things about the Bahamas, for example a pirate was once Governor! It was difficult to find pictures for one of the tour stops but everything else was fairly easy. Some weak points to my presentation were that I didn't have enough information about my tour stops. A suggestion for the future is to do an Animal presentation!!!!!! :))

They have also shut down the following apps in the past month and a half:  FishVille, Forestville, Indiana Jones Adventure World, Mafia Wars Shakedown, Mojitomo, Montopia, Treasure Isle, Vampire Wars and Word Scramble Challenge, In the processes 5% of their workers have also been laid off.
